Located in NYC, Lauren Ireland is an actor, writer, director, and singer. Her short film, "Turyn Goes To The Club" was the official short film selection at the 2018 Middlebury New Filmmakers Festival, as well as the Best Experimental Short selection at New York Short Film Festival. It premiered on NoBudge in 2019. In 2018, she was a NBC female Forward Director's initiative finalist.
Her comedy and drama sources from the esteemed kitchens of UCB, Joe's Pub, The Laurie Beechman Theater, Caveat, Sid Gold's Request Room, Littlefield, The PIT NYC, (le) poisson rouge, The Creek and the Cave, Caveat, Dixon Place, and the Experimental Theater Wing at NYU TISCH School of the Arts.
Lauren Ireland has been performing musical and non-musical comedy in NYC since 2011 with groups Pop Roulette, Garlic Jackson, Rad Motel, FONDA, and Gentleman Party. Lauren's also written, directed, and produced for Elite Daily, Above Average, CBS, The CW, Coach, and Elizabeth Arden.
